Corporate Excel Training for Future Fibres & North Sails

Jifry Issadeen recently conducted a two-day Advanced Excel corporate training program for the teams of Future Fibres and North Sails, followed by plans for a dedicated dashboard session based on participant feedback.

About the Training Engagement

Through the LearnNow.lk corporate training initiative, Jifry Issadeen delivered an in-depth Microsoft Excel program for the staff of Future Fibres and North Sails.

The engagement was designed as a two-day Advanced Excel workshop tailored to real workplace applications. Although the focus was on advanced capabilities, the program intentionally began by strengthening essential foundations to ensure every participant could confidently progress to higher-level techniques.

Training Approach

The workshop followed a practical, hands-on learning approach that combined core concepts with real business scenarios. Participants explored tools and techniques that improve efficiency, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making in day-to-day work.

Key areas included:

  • Strengthening Excel fundamentals to build a strong baseline
  • Advanced formulas and functions for real business scenarios
  • Data analysis techniques and productivity tips
  • Practical exercises designed around workplace use cases

The sessions were highly interactive, with strong engagement and participation throughout both days.

Participant Feedback & Next Steps

One of the most encouraging outcomes of the training was the enthusiasm shown by the teams. Their interest in continuing the learning journey led to the planning of a follow-up one-day workshop focused on Excel dashboards and data visualization.

This continuation reflects the growing demand within organizations for advanced reporting and visual analytics skills.

Looking Ahead

LearnNow.lk is proud to support organizations in building practical digital skills that create measurable workplace impact. Working with the teams from Future Fibres and North Sails was a rewarding experience, and we look forward to continuing this partnership through future training programs.
